During these times of economic hardships, many workers have been struggling to get paid by their employers for the hours they have worked. Many of these people do not know where to go or what to do and the Hispanic Center, working in association with the U.S. Department of Labor, advocates for these workers by contacting their previous employers and/or educating them on their employee rights, benefits and claims process.
